Space Programme Administrator

The NCA SPACE Programme is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, and articulate administrator to support delivery of NCA’s agile working programme.
This busy role will have exposure to all projects within the programme, with responsibility for collating, producing, and maintaining programme documentation, and organising and supporting meetings and workshops.
Good interpersonal skills and effective task management are essential, as well as being comfortable working in a fast-paced team.
The SPACE programme team is a small and friendly team, with a forward-thinking approach to how we work. We combine home-working with regular face to face catch ups to reap the benefits of agile working.
The programme is fast-paced and busy, and we are delivering an exciting programme of work that will have a positive impact on staff, our organisation, and the environment.
We support each other and work closely with Group and Care Organisation teams, to ensure we deliver value for money and achieve programme objectives.
The SPACE Programme Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support, enabling delivery of NCA’s agile working programme. As a key member of the team, you will assist across all workstreams including digital, estates and facilities, people, and planning and delivery.
Excellent organisation and communication skills are required, and confidence with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Outlook and Teams. The role holder should be professional and confident interacting with senior stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include**: co-ordination of governance meetings, assisting in producing reports and trackers, develop and maintain programme documentation, supporting the timely completion of project activities, acting as a point of contact for stakeholders, developing and maintaining filing systems in Microsoft Teams, and working collaboratively with other team members.
The above indicates the main duties of the post, which may be reviewed in the light of experience and developments within the programme. Any review will be undertaken in conjunction with the post holder
