A global financial services business based in the City of London are looking for an experienced Content Manager to join their training division.Please note - this organisation offers hybrid working (two days in the office and three at home per week).

Working with the Head of Content, you will take the lead on the implementation of their new CMS as well as managing the process end to end for the development of all content related material for their training arm.

Key responsibilities will include:
CMS implementation and ownership

Provide training and support to the wider business for use of the content management system.

Oversee the production, management and distribution of specific training materials and assets

Manage the Content Administrator responsible for processing requests for new and updated training materials

Ensure appropriate workflows and processes are established and monitored to ensure these training materials are fit for purpose

Review existing processes and workflows with a view to increasing efficiency as part of a continuous improvement cycle.

The salary on offer for this role is £55,000 plus benefits.
