**Administrator/Boatyard Co-Ordinator**
Marina Developments Ltd is the UK’s leading Marina operator. Situated in Poole, Cobb’s Quay Marina is a busy and high-profile visitor destination. We aim to deliver the highest level of service and experience for our visitors and customers, demanding the very best from our ourselves whilst working as a team every day. To help us deliver exceptional service we are seeking to recruit a Boatyard Co-Ordinator to assist with marina operations at Cobb’s Quay Marina.
**The role will include but not limited to**:
Ø Ensure a quality, professional service is provided in all contact with customers.
Ø To be responsible for all boatyard administration to include the management of the Yard booking’s diary and all boat lifting and storage ashore invoicing in accordance with laid down procedures.
Ø To liaise with the yard team to ensure accuracy of the lifting diary.
Ø To be responsible for the administration function of Cobbs Quay Marina; including ensuring all computer records and systems are maintained and all relevant invoices, credits notes and contracts are raised where necessary for berth holders, visitors, and commercial tenants in accordance with laid down procedures.
Ø To issue Annual Berthing invoices and relevant berthing package agreements and update all relevant records relating to annual berthing and Dry Stack agreements.
Ø To allocate berths to annual berth holders and visitors along with the assistance of the Marina Operative and Management teams.
Ø To keep the Marina Manager/Assistant Marina Manager always informed of berthing/lifting statistics; to include details of current berth occupancy, vacant berths and lifting statistics to use as sales aids for the marina team.
Ø To ensure payments are taking at the time of booking or invoices raised as appropriate and in accordance with the Companies strict debt policy.
Ø To ensure all relevant weekly KPI, month end and year end returns are completed as required.
Ø To assist with the collection of all cash, daily banking, and associated records in accordance with company policy.
Ø To operate a strict debt control policy in accordance with company procedure and liaise frequently with the Marina Manager/Assistant Marina Manager on outstanding accounts. To produce up to date debt information and carry out debt chasing.
Ø To assist with raising purchase orders for relevant invoices via Netsuite for the Marina Manager to approve.
Ø To be responsible for the stationery orders/stock levels.

Ø To place the customer at the forefront of your daily duties and ensure excellence in customer service and customer experience is achieved at all times.
Ø To deliver operational process and systems in accordance with the quality management systems of the MDL Way.
