This function will be crucial for managing the migration and transformation of the BaNCS platform, ensuring excellent customer journeys, and embedding consistent change for customers, clients, and colleagues. The Planning Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-level planning, including strategic plans, forecasting, and data visualization to enable informed decision-making across all accounts.
