You’ll be at the centre of communication, planning, and execution, ensuring right-first-time delivery of commercial plans and exceptional on-shelf availability for millions of shoppers.🔑 What You’ll DoCommercial Support & Customer ManagementBuild a strong, collaborative relationship with the Grocery Senior National Account ManagerSupport commercial tasks including reporting, promotions planning and adminMaintain accurate product information, calendars, and systems across both businessesTrack and analyse KPIs including sales, service, distribution and promotional performanceWork closely with Grocery Buying Admin and Supply Chain teamsCreate customer presentations, performance reviews and sales insight reportsSupply Chain Communication & CoordinationAct as the primary day-to-day link between our client and customer Supply ChainDeliver brilliant basics including daily service updates, Connect reporting, weekly reviews, and supply outlooksManage inflight shortages and TIMS updates for both partiesInsight, Accuracy & Decision SupportDeliver clear, intelligent insight on supply constraints, risks and opportunitiesVerify data accuracy to maintain high standards across systems and communicationAlign forecasts and volumes through collaboration with forecasting and commercial teamsIssue Resolution & Supply RecoveryLead recovery plans to resolve issues quickly and effectivelyBe the first point of contact for all our customer supply issuesDrive mitigation plans with clear tracking and cross-functional alignmentPromotional & Seasonal ExecutionOwn flawless execution of promotions from setup to deliveryTest orders and ensure both businesses are promo-readyLead planning for key events including Easter and ChristmasTrack seasonal volumes and identify risks, impacts and solutionsContinuous Improvement & ProjectsDrive supply chain improvement projects with measurable benefitsSupport innovation, rebrands, and product changes across branded and private label productsConduct store visits to find opportunities for ongoing improvement🌱 What You BringStrong communication skills and confidence managing customer relationshipsA proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solvingAbility to analyse data, spot trends and translate insight into actionA love for organisation, accuracy and operational excellenceExperience in supply chain, FMCG, retail or commercial support Ready to make a real impact and help shape the future of our supply chain success?
