Your new role

In your new role as a Senior Merchandiser, You will work with our Brand, Trade, Analytics and Supply Chain teams to ensure we offer an unrivalled sofa experience to our very important customers, identifying bold opportunities to maximise sales revenue, margin and profit and to improve our service performance with suppliers.

A day in the life of...
- Unwavering commitment to offering an unrivalled sofa experience to every customer, challenging the ‘we’ve always done it this way’ mindset at every opportunity.
- Driving high service performance across our supply base through implementation of forecasting tools to improve material availability to OTIF targets supported by regular supplier meetings to agree budget and stock plans.
- Understanding and anticipating the needs of our customers, ensuring they have the right mix of product ranges available, however they choose to shop with us.
- Delivering excellent NPS scores relating to product and service metrics.
- Ensuring we have a range that delivers exceptional value for money for our customers, working with the Buying team on pricing strategy using sales and competitor analysis.
