**Job description**

Waterfield's is a well-established Northwest based family-owned quality baker with 37 shops across the Northwest, we believe that all members of staff have a valuable contribution to make to our business.

Could you be the right person to join our retail management team, this position will be based in one of our **Padgate shop Warrington.**

As a Waterfield's Retail Senior Sales, you are required to work alongside the Manager in the day-to-day management of the team, to maximise sales through effective stock ordering, merchandising and customer service standards with the ability to lead and motivate your team.

A working knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation is desirable, this role will particularly appeal to an ambitious retail assistant looking for the first step into retail management, full training will be provided.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Full operational responsibilities for managing the shop in the absence of the retail manager.
- Driving sales through product availability.
- Delivery of exceptional customer service.
- To ensure compliance with health & safety and health & safety legislation.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- 24 hours over 4 days per week Monday 8.00am-2.30pm Tuesday 12.15pm -5.30pm Wednesday 8.30am -5.30pm and Saturday 9.00am-2.45pm
