**The Opportunity**

Reporting into the Group Marketing Manager, the Group Communications Exec. will:

- Co-ordinate and implement the internal communications plan, understanding key activity across the group and developing relevant and engaging content which is delivered on brand and to deadline
- Produce copy for the intranet, website and social channels to ensure an engaging and compelling perception of the business is portrayed in line with business strategy
- Support with the amplification of their sustainability initiatives across the group, including raising awareness of recent activity and supporting with the recruitment and engagement of Changemakers
- Build relationships with key local community partners to create a programme of events and activity
- Support with the development of marketing collateral, including events, presentations, product photography, website and branded merchandise
- Manage the group wide asset library to ensure it is up to date and easily searchable
- Help the longer-term project of bringing all social activty in-house
- Manage agency relationships with the GMM.

**The Individual**
- Experience working within a dynamic and diverse marketing environment - client side or agency
- Creative and able to present information in an engaging and impactful way
- Highly IT literate; ideally MS Office and additional creative IT skills advantageous e.g. video / photography editing / basic web development and ability to manage on line databases
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food
- A self starter; able to multi task and work alone or as part of a team
- Confident decision maker and strong communication/influencing skills
- Ability to maintain and grow relationships with all levels internally and externally
