The role's primary geographic responsibility spans from Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire to Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, with additional national coverage and regular travel in line with client requirements.What You'll DoSales & GrowthGenerate, manage, and close new business opportunities to meet targets (Liverpool to Hull, .)Prospect through cold calling, online engagement, networking, and relationship building.Present confidently to stakeholders and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.Manage SLAs, opportunities, and client data via CRM, ensuring compliance.Build a strong pipeline and maximise cross-sell opportunities across the wider group.Support social media activity and marketing to enhance brand presence.Service SupportAssist during busy apprentice recruitment periods.Support onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.Monitor Training Provider performance and contribute to apprentice reviews and reporting.ExperienceEssential:Knowledge of Apprenticeships, Levy, and WBL landscape.Proven B2B sales/business development experience with consistent target achievement.Strong presentation and relationship-management skills.Ability to use LMI to target markets and manage time effectively.Excellent customer service experience.Desirable:CRM experience, knowledge of SFA funding, and marketing support.Sales experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, STEM, Digital, Commercial, Chemical, Logistics, or Education.Level 3 qualification, driving licence, and safeguarding awareness.AttributesResilient, ambitious, and driven.Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.Able to influence and build long‑term relationships.Proactive, adaptable, and highly organised.Committed to delivering ethical, high‑quality service and to Equal Opportunities.About UsWe are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive community.
