**About the Role**:
Castleview Cars is seeking an experienced, reliable, and fully qualified Vehicle Mechanic to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual looking for long-term stability with excellent pay.

You must be confident working independently on a wide range of vehicles and tasks - from basic servicing to complex engine rebuilds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Complete a wide range of mechanical repairs, from brake services to full engine rebuilds
- Conduct diagnostics using the latest diagnostic machines
- Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and inspections
- Accurately diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions
- Work independently and manage your own workload
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within specified timeframes

**Key Requirements**:

- Fully qualified mechanic (Level 3 or equivalent preferred)
- Own full set of tools (specialist tools provided where necessary)
- Strong diagnostic skills using modern diagnostic equipment
- Capable of handling major and minor mechanical repairs
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work unsupervised with mínimal instruction
- Full UK driving licence
