**Role**:Head of Finance

**About**:
Our client is one of the UK’s most respected and fastest growing luxury fashion businesses. Operating from its own standalone factory a short walk from Manchester city center, the business is experiencing rapid growth and has ambitions to treble in size over the next 5 years.

**The role**:
We are looking for a highly analytical, and extremely organised Head of Finance to head up the finance function. You will be working strategically and operationally, working on the day to day but also influencing any future developments within the business.

This is a unique opportunity but an incredible one for someone that is looking to grow and progress quickly in an evolving business.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Manage preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts pack along with full control of Cash Flow Forecasting & internal reporting.
- Be responsible for all internal / external financial reporting including liaising with Auditors/Bank etc.
- Report to the CEO, and assume a pivotal role providing financial information & analysis whilst managing the day-to-day operations of the finance team.
- Drive to implement continuous improvements to procedures, and processes across the entire business that spans ecommerce, manufacturing, retail, wholesale and logistics.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Have an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified) or be qualified by experience.
- Have at least 3 years previous experience from working within manufacturing or ecommerce/retail.
- Have strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical, administrative and excel skills.
- Be conscientious, extremely self-motivated and have the ability to plan and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Be happy with the hands-on nature associated with operating in a smaller, entrepreneurial business.
