JAG UK provides before school care (BSC), after schoolcare (ASC), holiday programs (HP), physical education (PE) and lunchtime activities (LA) for children aged 4 to 13 years. Our customer experience team is the heart and soul of our business and take pride in fostering a warm and supportive environment that offers key stakeholders such as parents and schools peace of mind when children are in our care. **Who are we looking for?**

We are incredibly proud of our wonderful, hardworking colleagues who help us consistently provide exceptional childcare services across the globe. Some key attributes we are looking for to strengthen our team are:

- Minimum 18 months experience in a customer facing / telephone based customer service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong written communication skills

**Contracted hours**: Monday - Friday
