Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to residents. Assist with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and meal times. Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. Maintain clear communication with residents, families, and colleagues. Support residents in living fulfilling and independent lives. About You / Qualifications While an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care is advantageous, we value compassion, dedication, and a genuine interest in connecting with residents and their families.
