Due to continued growth, a leading UK-based company specialising in personal alarm and GPS enabled lifeline products is now looking for a talented Telesales Executive to join their team at their Maidstone office.
This role offers great earning potential with an OTE of £45,000. There will be easy progression opportunities along with access to employee discounts and services. Both Part-time and Full-time roles are available.

**About the Company**

Whether you’re climbing up Mount Snowdon, at the shopping centre or waiting for your kids to come home from football - their alert productswill keep you safe and those you love, bringing help when needed most.
No matter where you are in the UK, their GPS tracker will provide you with 24-hour assistance, and if you need a lifeline at home, they have got you covered with their in-home lifeline systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls - they never sell anything on the phone it is simply just booking appointments
- Updating customer/prospect information at all times
- Build relationships with clients to elicit enquiries, gain new business and reactivate gone away customers
- Gain a thorough understanding/knowledge of their product ranges in order to discuss intelligently with customers/prospects to influence them to purchase based on their specific needs or requirements
- Liaise with the internal sales team to generate quotations and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Keep relevant notes/call records in the system so that all correspondence can be referred to and understood at any given time
- Consistently contributing to the team effort in a positive and proactive manner
