Telesales Executive

They offer IT support systems, training and apprenticeships within the early years marketplace. This is a truly exciting role that would suit somebody from a recruitment background or training/apprenticeships sales background who want to use all the best parts of their career to press whilst moving it into a different direction. The role: Home based with full support and training and very much part of a team the role is a telesales role, but with a difference You are given warm leads from people who have reached out the company expressing an interest in becoming an apprentice or taking an NVQ qualification within the education sector. These may be people already working within the early years learning sectoror people who want to join that sector. Your role is to talk the learner through the process, engage, support and "the sale" is that they start a training course with the company. Whilst of course you will making outbound calls and working to targets this as much a consultative role as it is a sales role. Paying a good basic salary with a very generous and achievable OTE ( uncapped) the business really rewards in both monetary terms and with their benefit package. The training is great and the team are really supportive.
