**Role**

The role will also form part of the Critical Incident Management Team and you will play a crucial role in P0 issues as they are resolved and in the provision of OOH support of a 4 weekly rotation.

**Key skills we are looking for (Essential)**
- Experience of network scripting (e.g. Powershell, BASH etc.)
- Experience of PC networks, desktop, hardware and software support.
- Experience of Networking, IP schema and associated aspects of connection resolution
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing ITIL Tier 2 Support

Position is based at our Sheffield working either a 7am to 4pm shift or 9am to 6pm shift, every 4th week the Tier 2 would be expected to work a 2pm to 11pm shift (although they can work this shift from home if they have a suitable environment). Please notethey will only be able to work at home for this shift, on standard shifts they must be onsite.

The tiers 2 / second line also act as Out Of Hours Cover (1 week in 4) and as Critical Incident Manager (1 week in 4) for which a further payment of £3,999 per annum (paid monthly) is awarded. It is expected that the Tier 2 which be able to take on theseresponsibilities within 8 weeks of joining so would expect to be on call by month 3 at the latest.

**Training & Development**

Access to the Pluralsight Cloud portal to undertake training in line with the proposed role development. 1 hour a week is allocated by your line manager for professional development and you are expected to commit at least an equal amount of personal timein order to develop and maintain the required skill sets for this role.
