In the Accommodation Officer Job you will be:

- Coordinating administration of documentation and maintaining records (including property reports, Gas and Electric Certificates, Surveys, etc.)
- Ensuring that processes are customer focussed, comprehensive and promotes tenancy sustainability, including key elements of signups, payment schedules, settling in visits, terminations, and liaising with housing team members
- Main point of contact for enquiries, advice, complaints, and queries relating to the service and resolving, and supporting requests made by tenants and landlords
- Carrying out routine property inspections, following improvement and maintenance processes, attending meetings and working with other agencies to resolve any housing related concerns

To be considered for the Accommodation Officer Job you must have:

- Previous experience of working in a housing related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal difficulties sensitively and professionally
- Knowledge of housing legislation, housing issues, and homelessness legislation
- Administration and IT experience
- Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- A full driving license and car available for work use due to travelling within the role
- Current enhanced DBS or willing to go through one

This is a temporary full time (37 hours per week Monday to Friday) position with an ASAP start and is for a temporary period of 3-6 months initially. The hourly rate is starting from £13.97 plus holiday pay and offers both office and remote working as you will be required to travel throughout the county of Conwy.
