Job Summary: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor, the role involves working with warehouse colleagues to ensure the efficient, safe, and accurate handling of stock, while providing excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receive, check, and correctly locate incoming stock.
- Pick and palletise customer orders according to company processes.
- Dispatch orders in line with company and customer standards.
- Assist with regular and spot stock takes.
- Operate forklift trucks as required.
- Conduct daily safety checks and adhere to warehouse guidelines.
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
- Ensure safety and quality systems are followed and raise concerns when necessary.
- Dispose of packaging waste responsibly, recycling when possible.
- Support and train less experienced colleagues.
- Perform other duties as needed to ensure smooth business operations.

Must have
- Good teamwork skills
- The ability to work under pressure at times
- The ability to complete paperwork and count stock items
- Computer-literate
- Some degree of flexibility
- An understanding of health and safety, and site security awareness
- Forklift truck license, or the willingness to learn

Desirable
- Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook
