**Regional Head of Sales**

We have an exciting opportunity within our vans business for a Regional Head of Sales in the Northwest. The aim of the role is to lead a sales team, maximise revenue and meet the targets of the field sales force within the region, by developing new and existing business. This role will assist the Head of Sales to manage and increase customer penetration in key market sectors and set high operating standards for the field sales team.

The role is diverse, and no two days are the same, here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day:

- Develop strategies, tactics, and action plans to exceed targets.
- Lead, motivate and engage the team to drive sales.
- Provide the team with the tools and skills needed to achieve agreed.
- Assist the sales team in producing proposals, presentations and accompany them on business meetings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of yours and your team’s mind.
- Build and develop a dynamic business development team with highly driven target management through experienced sales coaching and agile mentorship.
- Work with and assist the Head of Sales in achieving the overall UK Sales strategy operating standards and reporting procedures.

To be successful in this role:

- Experience at senior strategic sales levels, ideally in a network marketing environment - travel industry experience is not essential.
- Will possess a genuine passion for people and have exceptional levels of standards and service achieving KPI's and other company targets.
- You’ll always lead by example - rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. It’s how you’ll encourage everyone else to give that little bit more.
- _Drive and motivate a team to consistently deliver and exceed their revenue targets._
- An accomplished leader who can work with a variety of styles in a compassionate and engaging way, to build trust and confidence
- A clean driving license is also highly desirable.
