**What you'll be doing**
- PO placement - all (Insphire & R12)
- Contractor labour requests & cost review in conjunction with JW/CM
- Road Runner transport requests / bookings
- Hotel arrangements
- Medical bookings
- Training matrix and SharePoint update
- Training requests
- SharePoint approvals
- Teams channel access for new members
- BB group insurance docs
- Holiday planner creation
- Lifting certs - inspection booking
- Scheduling of haulage, plant & equipment deliveries / collections
- Contractor scheduling in line with programme
- Addition of projects to BIM and creation of associated checklists
- Addition of projects to Site Assist and creation of associated checklists
- Sub-Contractor prestart announcements & induction bookings (HS2 & M-Site)
**Who we're looking for**
**The following qualities/experience are essential**:
- General office administration skills and experience (2 years +)
- Computer literacy - skills in Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- Strong planning & organisation skills
- Communication skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Basic commercial awareness
- Ability to work diligently under light supervision inc. time management and priority
setting skills
- Ability to deal concurrently with multiple tasks and projects
- Experience liaising with different departments and levels of authority within internal &
external organisations
**The following qualities/experience are desirable**:
- Experience working in construction industry environment
- Experience working with Purchase Ledger &/or Credit Control departments
- Basic technical/operational understanding of overall construction process
