Wedding Venue Social Media Executive

**Job description** We are recruiting for a full-time ‘Social Media Executive’ to join our amazing team at The Venue Experts, where our in-house work culture is our top target Your main focus will be our clients' social media channels and will have the chance to get your hands on all things creative. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with Instagram and photography You'll get to work with some gorgeous wedding venues, drive brands to success and of course, enjoy the perks of being a member of a super supportive and driven team

**The details** This full-time role will require working weekdays and occasional weekends (when capturing incredible events). Your working week is based on 40 hours per week with a starting salary of £23,000 salary per year. This is an office based position - which is based in a fantastic and unique factory conversion in Loughborough.

What we are looking for

**Essential**:

- **This position will be heavily focused on our clients Instagram and Pinterest accounts.**:

- Proven experience in a social media management or content creation role
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with confidence to follow briefs
- confident in creating and managing social media ads.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable tapping into audience needs, and adapting the language and content preferences across different marketing channels
- passion for building brands and community engagement
- Generate infographics to support wider business objectives, e.g. social media, to create demand and build awareness
- Identify and execute content ideas for multiple audiences, across multiple channels (we do enjoy the TikTok trends)
- A creative mind with keen attention to detail
- Curious and eager to learn; always looking for ways to level up
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all content marketing initiatives and activities are aligneddesign and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
- Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences for multiple accounts
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools
- Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms
- Organise styles shoots and showcases at our venues around the UK
- Manage and track budgets for social media activities
- Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
- Provide community management for the pages you look after (comments, dms, reposts etc)
- Undertake audience and competitor research
- Proficient at video editing for social media using tools such as premiere pro and CapCut and be able to turn long form content into short, engaging pieces of content

**Preferred**:

- Working experience in the wedding industry
- Skills in digital design
- An understanding of web publishing requirements and experience in using content management systems (CMS). We mainly work with websites on WordPress.
