Are you a customer-focused individual with a knack for maintaining order in dynamic environments? GoodMerch Security is currently seeking Door Supervisors to join our team in Oxford. As a Door Supervisor at GoodMerch Security, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises while providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and greet customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Verify the age and identification of individuals entering the premises, enforcing entry requirements when necessary.
- Monitor crowd behaviour and intervene proactively to prevent conflicts or disturbances.
- Conduct thorough searches of bags and belongings to prevent the entry of prohibited items.
- Respond promptly to incidents, including disputes, medical emergencies, and security breaches.
- Collaborate effectively with venue staff and management to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
