The SES Group is seeking experienced and professional Door Supervisors to join our dedicated Security Team.

The successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all supporters, staff, and visitors on matchdays and during stadium events. This is a customer-facing position requiring a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and communication at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional security presence throughout the stadium and associated facilities.
  • Control access to restricted areas and ensure only authorised individuals are admitted.
  • Carry out searches of persons and bags in accordance with club policy and SIA regulations.
  • Monitor crowd behaviour and assist in the prevention and resolution of incidents.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security-related issues.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, maintaining a polite and approachable manner.
  • Work collaboratively with stewards, police, and emergency services to maintain a safe environment.
  • Uphold the club's values, safeguarding policies, and equality, diversity, and inclusion standards.

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong awareness of crowd management and safety procedures.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working within a stadium, event, or large crowd environment.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Knowledge of football crowd dynamics and supporter behaviour.
