**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
- Manage office communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Organise and maintain files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Support the accounting team by generating invoices
- Support co-ord of training, including updating data and reports
- Help with the preparation of classrooms and training materials
- Stock manage books, and resources, and carryout purchasing
- Support Directors with a range of tasks, as required.

**Qualifications**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative functions is advantageous.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a professional setting.
