**Head of Category Strategy**

To realise our vision to be ‘the most dynamic soft drinks company, creating a better tomorrow’, it is essential we have an in-depth understanding of the soft drinks category, so that we can create sustainable strategies for growth, that disproportionately deliver for Britvic, but also grow soft drinks for our diverse range of customers.

As Head of Category Strategy you will lead a small team with overall accountability for the continual development of a number of the GB category vision & segment strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that inspiring category growth platforms live and breathe throughout the organisation and with key opinion formers in the soft drinks industry, underpinning our brand strategies and plans, providing a solid foundation from which to inspire our customers to ultimately choose Britvic, as their soft drinks partner of choice to deliver long term sustained category growth.

**What we’re looking for in a Head of Category Strategy**:

- Experienced in senior stakeholder management/influencing to achieve key business goals.
- Extensive FMCG background, ideally across multi categories and channels
- Demonstrable category management experience, specifically a track record of developing, & implementing category strategies with customers for significant business benefit.
- Clear experience of utilising consumer & shopper insights to develop compelling category plans.
- Line management experience preferred.
