Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Quality Group’s Supply Chain Quality Assurance team at Arm In this role, you’ll help shape how world-class practices are embedded into Arm’s products and processes, ensuring we continue to deliver excellence to our customers across the globe.
It’s a role with real visibility: you’ll collaborate with colleagues across Arm, as well as external partners including automotive OEMs and Tier-1 customers. You’ll have the chance to design improvements, deliver training, and influence processes that span cultures and continents. What You’ll Do
- Translate customer and regulatory requirements into actionable expectations for suppliers and internal teams.
- Contribute to internal audits and take a leading role in preparing for and hosting customer quality and compliance assessments.
- Act as a key contact point for Arm customers on compliance matters — including audits, questionnaires, scorecards, and additional customer needs.
- Guide supplier management and other internal teams on APQP/PPAP deliverables to align with automotive OEM requirements.
- Investigate non-conformances, drive root cause analysis, and verify preventive actions.
- Track compliance performance metrics and deliver assurance reports that strengthen leadership decisions and customer confidence.
- Build trusted customer and partner relationships with OEMs and Tier-1s.
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in quality, compliance, or assurance — ideally with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 customers.
- Strong knowledge of APQP and other quality core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Experience in auditing against IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or VDA 6.3.
- Clear, confident communication skills across both technical and executive levels.
- Nice to have (a strong plus): knowledge of the semiconductor product life cycle, familiarity with ISO 14001 (environmental), ISO 27001 (information security), ASPICE (software process), functional safety (ISO 26262), and automotive cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434).
