We provide our agents with the training and tools from day one that they require to be the best estate agent in their local areas whilst promoting a healthy life and work balance.

Training is ongoing and is a mix of classroom, remote, and in the field, with agents with over 15 years of experience, we continually work with our agents to ensure success.

We welcome people from all walks of life who have the drive to succeed, no experience is necessary although a sales background will help.

We provide;
- Full onboarding training with ongoing support including advice to get your business up and running remotely or from one of our offices.

You will be;
- Entrepreneurial Pro-active and hard-working salespeople.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
- People in and around the London or high net value area.
- Able to commit part or full time.
- Available to start in the next 4-6 weeks.
