**The Role**

Reporting to the Regional Head of TA, you will serve as a recruitment business partner for talent acquisition with expertise in our Global Supply Chain function. You will work within a hybrid team of Imperial and RPO Recruiters to ensure that we attract and hire diverse talent with critical skills and experience.

The Talent Acquisition Partner / Coordinator support the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Ensure recruiting is delivered as part of the broader P&C and talent and capability strategies
- Assist with recruitment and interview process
- Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval
- Coordinate all aspects of the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed
- Responsible for delivering a transactional workload whilst able to see the wider context and plan
- Actively tracks and reviews recruitment KPIs, preventing talent gaps and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
- Posting positions to external resources such as job boards, social networking sites, etc. and ensuring recruitment marketing activities are on track and monitored
- Provide Functional expertise and insight around talent acquisition challenges and best practices
- Champions the Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand strategies; role modelling our Connections behaviours

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**
- Experience of managing a demanding requisition load and recruiting for a variety of manufacturing and supply chain roles
- Experience working within an inhouse recruitment function, ideally within a global matrixed organisation
- Knowledge of employment law and immigration regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Experience of working with global stakeholders - internal or external

**Desirable**
- Understanding of global media channels and social media usage and metrics
- Additional languages - not essential
- Experience working with recruitment media, offline media, digital media, social media channels across different countries
- Experience designing or managing recruitment, networking or talent attraction events - in UK or globally
