What does the role involve?
As a member of the Customer Service Support team, you will participate and contribute to being the first pointof contact for customer complaints; ensuring all are acknowledged and investigated in a timely manner to maximise customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Attendance of the Newbury office will be required for the first 3 - 4 weeks to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work. Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
**Some of your key duties will include**:
- Manage the resolution of customer complaints within agreed timescales, aiming to close complaints at first point of contact
- Regularly liaising with the customer on the progress of resolutions
- Attend internal meetings when required to provide feedback on the level of service and to identify areas for improvement
What are we looking for?
You've got a real passion for customer service and are someone who likes to make sure things get put right. You are confident in speaking to customers on the telephone and dealing with complaints and queries.
Also, we're looking for the following:
- Effective communicator both in writing and on the telephone
- Ability to think differently and outside the box
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent organisational qualities and ability to prioritise workload
