This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career within a Service department as an **Senior Service Advisor **with a **Premium Car Dealer Group** in the **Newbury **Area.
We are looking for a **Senior Service Advisor** with Franchised Dealership experience who has the skills to lead a team with the support of the Aftersales Manager. Our client is looking for someone who has a strong customer focus and is well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Managing service bookings.
- Leading the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring a Service core process is followed.
- Focusing the team on the key drivers within the core process to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Using the latest video technology to keep customers informed and updated on the progress of their vehicle.
- Delivering budgeted labour sales and added value products, such as service plans and extended warranties, which are key to the department’s financial success.
- Liaising and reporting to Aftersales Manager.
