We are seeking for an expirienced Caretaker/ Building Officer to support our school clients around South Yorkshire area.

General duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Unlocking and locking up the school site as well as individual departments
- Keeping the school grounds maintained and tidied
- General maintenance, DIY - fixing and put furniture together, painting
- Make sure the school is tidy, litter picking
- Assisting with any school deliveries
- Overlooking the schools health and safety. Carrying out fire drills/test.
- Checking fire extinguishers and other health and safety aspects of the schools
- Liaising with contractors and escorting them around site
- Setting up classrooms and halls for assemblies and parents' evenings
- Gardening and outdoor site maintenance - lawn mowing, using a strimmer, weeding, litter picking
- Checking boilers, gas supply, temperature checks

**Requirements**:
MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START
MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Pay £12.00 per hours
