Caretaker - Millhouse

Barnsley Norse are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to work on site at Millhouse Primary in Millhouse Green.

As the Caretaker, you will ensure that the school buildings and associated sites are maintained to the highest of standards, providing a clean and safe environment for all on site. In addition to securing the site, you will be responsible for all day to day maintenance, ensuring the building is in a good state of repair and works are planned around its service users.

You will be pro-active in your approach with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will be competent in all aspects of minor maintenance. Experience of working in a similar role with a clear understanding of Health and Safety related and safe working practices.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work within a team or on your own.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety.

This position is being offered on a part time, permanent contract working 20hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:30 - 09:30 & 4pm-6pm.
