Trainee Recruitment Consultant

**Package** - £23K - £27K basic plus commission - Year 1 OTE - £45K

Currently 10 people strong, our client are looking for ambitious Trainee Consultants to grow with the business and become future leaders Our client offers a very relaxed, young,family feel environment, there are no KPIs You’ll be working closely with the directors, receiving hands on training from the best

**The Role**:

- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
- Organising interviews as requested by clients.

**The Requirements**:

- 2:1 Degree from top UK university or 2 years solid sales experience
- Money motivated
- High level sport (desirable)
- Driven
- Excellent Communication
