**About the role**

Here at Zellis we are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our Bristol based Finance Team. Working closely with the Head of FP&A this role is responsible for provision of financial planning and analysis leadership for the business, focusing on the monthlyclosing, forecasts and budget reporting and 5 year plan. You will also manage the monthly closing process and reporting of actual results, providing detailed variance analysis of the results to all key business trends, risks, opportunities and actions to bereviewed with senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

- Reporting_
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of monthly reporting.
- Managing delivery of core data into financial systems to support reporting requirements including full control check and reconciliations.
- Ensuring commercial explanations are fully understood for both financial and KPIs.
- Supporting the CFO in writing sections of the board report, and taking questions from investors.
- Working closely with commercial finance teams around the business.
- Run variance analysis to explain commercial drivers behind forecast variance.
- Improving standard process and adding efficiency.
- Forecasting_
- Providing insight and analysis in relation to weekly flash financial forecasts ensuring commercial drivers are understood and movements Vs Budget and previous Outlook are clearly understood.
- Leading elements of the financial planning cycle and close interaction with equity and debt stakeholders.
- Change Management_
- Leading and supporting elements of finance transformation.

**Skills and experience required**
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA).
- Broad experience in Financial departments with understanding of month end process and management reporting experience.
- Experience of financial systems and collation of financial MI.
- Understanding of the Consumer operating model and how it drives financial performance and KPI’s.
- Ability to articulate clearly and concisely to senior finance leaders and tailor message to the relevant audience.
