Stirling, United Kingdom Natural Power Full time

**Who are we looking for and why work at Natural Power?**

Do you have a degree in Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, Hydrology / Hydrogeology, Water Resource Management or Geography? A passion for the natural environment, being outdoors and working in the renewables sector?

Our Hydrology team is responsible for providing technical delivery of fieldwork, data management and reporting aspects of a range projects across onshore renewables, onshore grid infrastructure, and onshore infrastructure for offshore wind.

As the team leader of the Hydrology team you would ensure the successful co-ordination, delivery and quality assurance of all hydrology related work that Natural Power undertake. The team leader will be a senior member of the Consents and Environment management team and be expected to work alongside technical peers and have overall responsibility of the hydrology budget. This role will also require management and delegation of tasks to support the Consents and Environment teams through the life cycle of projects, coupled with tendering and providing hydrology services for standalone jobs to meet client’s requirements. Whilst this role is primarily focussed on the GB market, there will in the future be a requirement to advise on hydrology projects in other core markets Natural Power choose to offer Consents and Environment services.

The role will require the appointed individual to work across multiple projects and provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality advice and written outputs.

We will offer an engaging, supportive and collaborative environment to grow your career, with an excellent benefits package, including:
Gym membership, Cycle to Work Scheme, Generous Annual Leave, Flexible Working, Pension, Employee Assistance Programme, Personal Insurances and a selection of elective benefits which include Health Plans, Discounts and Salary Sacrifice options
