We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our regional office in Linwood. As Administrator you will be working with a small team in a busy office environment working hard to achieve service deadlines

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- First line contact for the region, answering telephone calls, receiving visitors to the department etc.
- Order materials e.g., stationery, toners etc. (Hannah does this)
- Maintain central filing system.
- Input of timesheets.
- Book overnight accommodation.
- Book hire vehicles.
- Book equipment for calibration.
- Assist in production of reports as required.
- Maintain the office in a manner that is presentable to customers and clients.
- Booking and planning engineer site visits & creation of job sheets.
- Ad hoc works as required including data entry & uploading to client portals if appropriate.
