**About the Role**

We’re looking to grow our Customer Success Team to support and engage our customers to integrate the FourJaw platform into their manufacturing processes.

Using a defined process, you will be the main point of contact for the customer during their installation; building strong relationships and supporting them throughout their journey.

You’ll communicate with customers regularly and get to understand how their manufacturing operations work, what their ambitions are, and what challenges are holding them back. Full training and support will be provided.

Other roles of a similar nature will have the following job titles: Customer Service Representative, Customer Support Manager, Client Integration Specialist,

**What You’ll Work On**
- Using our defined onboarding process, deliver customer integration to the FourJaw platform.
- Responsibility for the customer support process, ensuring speedy resolution of any support issues, escalating to the technical support team where required.
- Building up an understanding of FourJaw customers, their challenges and aspirations to inform product development, sales and marketing.
- Be the first point of contact for the customer during the onboarding process.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience working in a Customer Service role is essential
- Full driving licence is desirable
- GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) maths and English
- Sales / business development experience desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role working in a manufacturing environment is desirable
- Technically able to learn and demonstrate our product to our customers

**Travel**

Full clean driving license and ability to travel occasionally is preferred.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
