Job DescriptionFrench or German Speaking Customer Service Representative – Sheffield – Up to £29,000 (Hybrid) Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a global manufacturing and distribution business in the Sheffield area who are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representative to join their passionate and dedicated team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and successful business, contributing towards the overall customer experience by supporting across the customer order process. Benefits:Flexible working hours25 days holiday plus BHHybrid workingCompetitive salaryExcellent working environment Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Receiving customer orders via incoming mail, telephone, and/or electronic contact regarding the organisation’s products and/or servicesWorking to ensure all orders received are entered into the ERP by order cut-off timeAssisting with reviewing and coordinating customer service activities pertaining to shipping, plant schedules, inventory levels, and sales activities by reviewing reports, orders, shipments, and other information as required or directed by managementIdentifying customer issues that need to be escalated to management in a timely fashionDeveloping and reviewing correspondence and documentation as appropriate regarding interaction with customers and responds to questions and concernsBuilding relationships with internal departments to ensure best service to end customer is achieved Required Skills & Experience:Language skills: German or FrenchProven customer service experience within a similar roleExcellent communication skills, able to work effectively within a team and build customer relationshipsIT literate and adaptable to new software/systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Sage etc If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Customer Service Representative opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
