FREELANCE EVENT SPECIALISTS

The position available is for ad-hoc and seasonal staff.

Are you looking to supplement your income in a self-employed capacity or through ad-hoc work dependent on your availability? Does your family need additional income at the weekends?

This is a great opportunity to join our team at Qube Events & Productions to facilitate industry leading events and décor on an ad-hoc basis. There are two options for your work with us. Freelance and through Zero-Hour contracts. We are a quickly expanding company and are looking for a team of freelance ad-hoc workers to complete any of the following elements working alongside our Event Management & Operations Teams:
**Installation and derig of large-scale events - Venue Dresser**
Working within our existing teams, we are looking for freelance team members who can get the job done with a can-do attitude on site. There will be some creative elements, lifting and installing. A full driver’s license is desirable but not essential as there are delivery opportunities. Experience is desirable but not essential. Please see below for key attributes

**Install and de-rig of Christmas Décor across multiple settings - Venue Dresser**
Working alongside our existing teams, we are looking for a freelance seasonal team to visit our corporate and private clients to install and de-rig Christmas decorations. There will be some creative elements, lifting and installing. A full driver’s license is desirable but not essential as there are delivery opportunities.

**Install and de-rig of large-scale events - Event Production & Large Goods**
We are looking for a team of freelance workers to install dancefloors, lighting, staging, carpet fitting and help install the larger elements of venue décor and event items. A full driver’s license is desirable and you must be great at loading and unloading vans. Ideal if you have come from a set dressing, tech/lighting production background & are familiar with the event world.

This is a real opportunity to bring your expertise to the forefront in this period of rapid growth. You will need to be flexible in your approach and be proactive in your work. We are looking for a self motivated individuals who will fit in with our new team and who are looking to make a difference As a company going through a rapid expansion currently, there are a multitude of roles available on a more permanent basis that are accessible to all ad-hoc staff.

- As part of this role you will go out on-site and support our set up team. This work often takes place at weekends. (Flexible working hours are in situ & overtime is paid). This role includes late night derigs.
