We are recruiting an experienced Stock Controller to join our busy Warehousing Team. Reporting to the Stock Manager the main purpose of the role is to maintain continuous stock control of all inventory; create stock reports; stock discrepancy investigation & reporting; stock adjustments and customer complaints regarding deliveries.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Perform continuous quarterly count of stock in all areas using methodical and efficient processes to attain timely accuracy.
- Report issues to suppliers
- Stock discrepancy investigation and reporting
- Create improvement logs, reports as necessary
- Delivery issues including reporting damages, investigations and reports
- Maintain electronic library of files and archiving accordingly.
- Stock Adjustment
- Customer complaint investigations
- Identification of short-dated stock, ensuring isolation and quarantine of such is followed.
- Maintaining traceability of stock from Goods In, to Goods Out, including quarantined/returned stock.
- Oversee disposal of appropriate stock
- Reports of short-dated stock
- Proficient use of Microsoft Dynamics to maintain stock position, identify & track stock issues

**Essential knowledge or skills**:

- Stock control experience
- full driving license and own vehicle (no public transport links to our site)
- Warehouse experience
- MS Office experience, including Excel to intermediate level

**Desirable knowledge**:

- Microsoft Dynamics experience
