Our client is a well established Web Design company, they have provided websites, eBay designs, branding and many other forms of design for thousands of customers all over the UK for over 10 years. Due to further growth they have an exciting opportunityto join their team.
As a member of the sales team you will be responsible for promoting the reputation of the company by taking calls from new customers and existing customers, converting leads from adverts and social media and updating social media platforms with posts andpromotions. This is not telesales, it is a consultative role where you will need to be able to negotiate and close the sale. This will be mainly office based however there will be some need to attend networking events and meetings
They are looking for a self-motivated person who is used to building relationships with new and existing customers and can spot opportunities to upsell or cross sell. There is no calling involved in this role.
You will need excellent communication skills, excellent writing skills, social media knowledge and excellent verbal skills. A consultative B2B sales background is essential
