We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join us in the Organisation Performance & Control team.

As one of our Operations Administration you’ll be responsible for managing queries in relation to Organisation Controls, inclusive of executing changes in relation to position attributes such as managers, cost centres and locations via the Service Cloud queue.

You’ll also support with the creation of new positions into the business once fully approved via the headcount management processes.

- Providing guidance and advice to end users to assist users to maximise the system capability in achieving business objectives.
- Responding to queries in a timely manner, taking ownership and seeing them through to resolution
- Providing support to other team members when priorities change or at times of peak workload.
- Maintaining and adhering control processes for data quality and security controls.
- Liaising closely with other members of the team or wider business area for a consistent and co-ordinated approach.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Good analytical skills and creative / conceptual problem-solving ability coupled with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good relationship building to drive service excellence, as well as the ability to work in a pressurised environment and delivering within tight timescales.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Some knowledge of HR frameworks that relate to hierarchies / structures, staffing models, job catalogues and attributes, security groups
- Well organised with good time management
- Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Excel.
- Knowledge of Workday

This is a full-time permanent position offering flexible working between the home and the office.
