An exciting opportunity has arisen in our ever-expanding E-commerce company. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and driven individual to join our ever-expanding office team to assist with general admin duties and to support the existing team. Daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Dealing with messages from our online stores
- Resolving customer disputes and queries in line with company procedures
- Assisting existing customer service staff
- Other general admin duties
- Data entry tasks
- Developing product listings for a wide range of online stores and tailoring these to a diverse range of product categories
- Processing this data to accurately and efficiently create listings in bulk using excel
- Carrying out courier exception reports to monitor courier delays, using access
- Booking customer collections using a range of software
- Assisting existing customer service staff
- Using formulas to filter data on reporting information
- Other general admin duties
- Good knowledge of computers and office packages.
- Good Excel knowledge is preferable
- Confident telephone manner
- The ability to learn and develop skills rapidly
- Positive and proactive attitude to sales
- Ambition to progress up through the company
- Desire to provide world-class customer service
- Previous sales/account management preferred
- Good knowledge of computers and office packages
- more specifically, a sound working knowledge of excel
- At least 5 GCSE level qualifications graded A*-C (including Maths and English)
- A problem solving mentality.
- The ability to learn and develop skills rapidly
- A desire to progress up through the company
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lincoln LN6 9AP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
