Our client, one Kent's leading independent Insurance brokers, are expanding their team and are looking for **Sales Executives** to join their **New Business and Renewals departments.**

In these key roles you will speak with new leads and existing clients to identify their needs, obtain accurate quotations and find the best deal for your customer. This is a varied role which will see you:

- Managing client communications
- Providing clear and accurate information on products
- Using the quotation system, ratings guides or insurer referrals to generate quotes
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Responding to queries from brokers and underwriters

The roles involve inbound and outbound calling so you will need to be confident speaking on the phone.
- Outstanding communication skills
- A customer first approach
- A good eye for detail
- Good IT Skills

Experience within a busy, customer facing environment is a must. Experience in sales would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.

In return for your hard work you will receive a **competitive salary plus uncapped commission**, expected first year earnings are £25,000-£28,000. Other company benefits include:

**Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-2pm.**
