This role can be based anywhere however you will need to be able to get to our Leeds or Southampton hubs to attend monthly meetings.
**What you'll be doing**:

- Contribute to the design and estimation of solutions
- Deliver work committed to each sprint
- Write programs articulating system design, using defined coding standards and practices
- Write unit test cases, using XUnit and/or similar tools for example
- Follow guidelines to ensure all code is under version control.
- Maintain and develop skill and competencies required in the team.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Basic understanding of associated software engineering tools, techniques, and methods
- Problem analysis skills
- Understanding of programming practices and principles
- Knowledge of scripting and coding languages, web technologies, cloud technologies and databases
- Produce detailed software design
- Experience of conduct unit testing and creating test data
- Able to collaborate and challenge to achieve the best results and contribute to the product roadmap
- Willingness to cross-skill with other team members to improve the overall team’s capability

**It would be great if you had**:

- NHS sector experience
- Experience of C# ASP.Net development
- Experience of Salesforce development and administration
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps or SRE practices
- Knowledge of the Azure & Microsoft 365 dev ecosystem
