**Contact Centre Patient Advisor**

We are seeking a **Contact Centre Patient Advisor** who is passionate about ensuring that all our patients receive the best possible care.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Speaking on the phone** with patients and clinical staff, both inbound and outbound calls
- Escalating clinical concerns to our trained team of nurses
- Working quickly to **organise** replacement staff for visits covering unplanned absence
- **Inputting data** and making amendments on the scheduling system
- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and exceeded at all times

Experience Required:

- Excellent **customer service** skills and a good **telephone manner**:

- **Admin and organisational skills**:

- A healthcare background would be useful but not a deal breaker
- Excellent **problem-solving** skills and able to work effectively as part of a team
- You’ll need to be computer literate

Role requirements:

- Happy to work evenings and weekends.
- Our team work on a rota across Mon-Sun and between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
- Shifts are 4 on 4 off
- 2 weeks of 12hr shifts and 2 weeks of 12.5hr shifts

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
