**About the Role**

We are a leading online tile business based in the UK, specialising in natural stone and porcelain tiles. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sample Assistant to join our team at our Manchester base in Middleton. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive high-quality tile samples promptly and efficiently, as we strive to provide the very best customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Organize & Pack Sample boxes**: Take ownership of running the sample pick, pack and dispatch process, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and ensuring accurate and efficient packing and labelling of tile samples.
- **Team Collaboration**: Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential for success in this role.
- **Timely Task Execution**: Complete day-to-day responsibilities, including sample packing, label printing and order processing in a timely manner. Good organisational skills are crucial to maintaining efficiency.
- **Quality Monitoring**: To consistently monitor product quality and report any issues or discrepancies to your superior(s) to maintain our high standards with an attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- **Product Knowledge**: Willingness and ability to learn and understand our various tile products.

- **Organisation**: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
