**Store Environment & POS Coordinator**

We are currently recruiting for a Store Environment & POS Coordinator to work based in Billericay, Essex on a full time, 12 month FTC basis.

This role will be a hybrid split between the office and home.

**Primary purpose**:
Working collaboratively with the Buying Function and Suppliers to co-ordinate procurement critical paths for all brands, ensuring that all equipment and POS deadlines are met contributing towards an effective and efficient service to both internal and external customers. Accountable for ensuring that all documentation, system input and reporting is accurate and updated.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Review frequency charts of all brands peak campaigns / events and coordinate VM equipment and POS procurement critical paths for all brands ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Liaise with suppliers on the procurement of any new VM equipment and POS for all brands.
- Build good relationship with various suppliers to ensure the business gets the best price with an accurate and timely delivery. Reaches out to several suppliers to drive costs down and compare the market with new materials and finishes etc.
- Account Manage all suppliers in remit, dealing with all snagging, quality issues, price negotiations and invoicing queries. Promptly and accurately feeds back amendments to prototypes, technical drawings etc as required.
- Creates POs and SKUs on system for all equipment and POS for all brands.
- Manage the allocation of all equipment to stores through the Merchandising teams.
- With support from the Head of Creative, coordinate the development of VM equipment and POS required for new VM strategies / new business proposals / new agreed launches.
- Support the Retail team in launching host model stores, by producing all new seasonal POS and any new VM equipment required.
- Ensure any new orders details and drawings are saved down correctly.
- Aware of all brands VM budgets and oversees the records of all invoice details on the budget sheet, updates line manager of any issues.
- Work on the set up of new Opex/Capex VM budget sheets for all brands for the new year with support from Head of Creative.
- Coordinate the movement of VM equipment across the business and communicates any changes to the retail teams.
- Ensure the delivery, collection of stands and storage records are accurate at all times and that costs are monitored
- Issues an accurate and timely weekly report to the Merchandising department on stands delivered that week and to be delivered the following week to ensure store footage is correct on the system and allocation packages are released as appropriate.
- Manages and maintains the orders and allocation of consumables to the field team.
- Co-ordinates flagship stores VM equipment updates to keep refreshing and updating.
- Review all brands VM equipment and POS stock holding, forecast stock needed, and action accordingly refurbing/recycling where possible.
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships with departments through efficient and timely verbal and written communication.
- Builds solid external relationships with suppliers, developing knowledge and building trust with positivity and professionalism. Liaise with suppliers regarding display items and stands to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time
