**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders, and assisting with food and beverage selections. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly disposition, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to requests for assistance or additional needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.

**Skills**
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for processing bills and handling payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is advantageous.
- A passion for hospitality and a desire to help others enjoy their dining experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual accountability.

Pay: From £12.31 per hour
