**You'll**
- The development of the schedule estimates for construction works ensuring they are robust, realistic and defensible.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the overall strategic (level 1) programme, reporting progress against key milestones in line with the periodic cycle.
- Work closely with key internal/external stakeholders ensuring buy-in to the programme’s strategic schedule
- Identify and manage key internal and external interfaces including, procurement, consents, dependent projects, etc
- Work with programme and project managers to identify and resolve issues to mitigate any potential schedule delay
- Coordinating with the other project controls functions (risk, cost, etc) to support activities such as QSRA and EVA, cost profiling, resource management, etc

**We’re looking for**:

- 4-15 years planning experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects
- SC or DV Cleared (Essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Project / Primavera P6
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Experience working on major construction and infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication skills, including English language and visual presentations (e.g. PowerPoint), with the ability to analyse and present information clearly and persuasively
